Terms of service

1. Seller / Owner: AI Influencers LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, acting in its own name and on its own account, owning the Website brand, related intellectual property and stock, and offering research products for sale via the Website.

2. Fulfillment Partner: W&M CONSULTING LTD, a private limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (Companies House number 16344326), registered at Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB, contracted by the Owner to process, pick, pack and arrange delivery of Orders placed through the Website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Fulfillment Partner is not the contracting seller of Goods.

3. Consumer: A natural person purchasing Goods through the Website for purposes not related to employment, business, or professional activity.

4. E-shop / Website: The online platform available at ascend-labs.co, owned by the Owner and operated for the sale of Goods, with order processing performed by the Fulfillment Partner.

5. Goods / Products: Chemical compounds supplied exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro testing, or development purposes. Not FDA-approved, not dietary supplements, not pharmaceuticals, and not intended for human or animal use.

6. Order: An electronic submission by the Buyer expressing intent to purchase specific Goods via the Website.

7. Price: The total amount payable for Goods, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, as displayed at checkout.

8. Shipping Cost: The fee charged for delivery of Goods to the Customer’s address or selected pickup point.

9. Terms / Agreement: This contractual document governing rights and obligations for purchases made through the Website.

4. Any deviations are valid only if expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.

1. The Buyer places an Order by selecting a Product, adding it to the cart, providing required billing and shipping information, and completing checkout with a payment obligation.

2. Descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices are displayed on the Website. The Seller may correct errors in pricing or descriptions prior to acceptance.

3. Account registration is optional; if selected, a customer account is created using the provided email and password.

4. A binding contract is concluded only once the Seller (or systems acting for the Seller) sends an Order Confirmation email. Automated acknowledgments alone do not constitute acceptance.

5. By ordering, the Buyer declares they are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to purchase research chemicals, and understand the Products are not approved for human or animal use.

6. Before submitting an Order, the Buyer must confirm (including via checkbox where presented) that Products are for research use only, not for human consumption or medical use.

1. Prices shown are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout.

2. Accepted payment methods include card payments via the payment gateway displayed at checkout (currently Revolut Merchant), as available on the Website.

3. Payment is due at checkout according to the selected method. Payment is deemed received upon confirmation by the payment provider or credit to the Seller’s account.

4. Transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Any conversion or transfer fees charged by the Buyer’s bank or card issuer are borne by the Buyer.

5. All payments made by the Buyer in connection with an Order are made to the Seller, AI Influencers LLC, unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

1. After payment is received, Orders are processed and dispatched by the Fulfillment Partner, W&M CONSULTING LTD, typically within the dispatch window stated on the Website (or within 10 business days unless a longer back-order or pre-order period is indicated).

2. Delivery is to the address or Packeta pickup point provided by the Buyer at checkout. Accuracy of information is the Buyer’s responsibility.

3. For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for compliance with import laws, customs clearance, and any associated duties or taxes.

4. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of Goods to the shipping carrier.

5. Customer service notices regarding delivery may be directed to support@ascend-labs.co; operational fulfillment is handled by W&M CONSULTING LTD under the Owner’s instructions.

1. 14-Day Period: Where applicable consumer withdrawal rights apply, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of Goods, without providing a reason.

2. Condition: Returns are accepted only for Goods that are unopened, sealed, untampered, and in original condition suitable for resale. Any opening, reconstitution, contamination, or seal break voids eligibility.

3. Procedure: The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email to support@ascend-labs.co) within the 14-day period. Goods must be shipped back at the Buyer’s expense within 14 days from notice, following return instructions provided.

4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of eligible returns, the Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

5. Exclusions: Returns are not accepted if storage instructions were not followed (e.g., temperature or light exposure) or if packaging was opened or compromised.

6. All notices regarding withdrawal, returns, refunds, complaints, and customer service must be addressed using the contact details published on the Website (support@ascend-labs.co).

1. Research-only: Products are not FDA-approved and are not intended as drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food additives.

2. Prohibited Uses: No administration to humans or animals; no clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application; no resale for unlawful purposes.

3. Assumption of Risk: The Buyer assumes all risks related to handling, storage, and use of research chemicals.

4. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. The Seller’s aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product(s) at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller and the Fulfillment Partner harmless from claims arising from misuse, improper handling, or unlawful use of Products.

It does not constitute medical advice, nor is it a promotion for consumption. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Disputes will be settled before the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law of the Buyer’s country of residence provides otherwise.

3. To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

1. Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

2. Modifications: The Seller may update these Terms at any time. Updates apply to Orders placed after publication on the Website.

3. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning purchases via the Website.
