Returns
Unopened vials in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because peptides are temperature-sensitive reagents, opened or reconstituted products cannot be accepted back.
To arrange a return, email support@ascend-labs.co with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
