Account data. If you register: email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash) and optionally your name, phone and default address.

Order data. Name, email, shipping address, phone number, ordered items, payment method and order references. Card payments, where offered, are processed by the payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.

Technical data. Basic server logs and privacy-friendly, aggregate usage analytics that do not identify individual visitors.

We use your data to fulfil orders (contract performance), including sharing necessary shipping and contact details with W&M CONSULTING LTD for order processing, to provide customer support, to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), and — where you have an account — to remember your preferences. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.

Order records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law (typically 5–10 years). Account data is kept while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time. Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months.

We use a small number of processors for hosting, email delivery, payment processing and order fulfillment (including W&M CONSULTING LTD), each bound by appropriate contractual terms. Data is not transferred outside the EEA unless an adequacy decision or equivalent safeguards apply.
