🧬 Ascend Labs partner program terms By joining the Ascend Labs partner program you agree to the following terms. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🏷 1. Customer discount code Each partner receives a personal discount code that gives customers 5% off every order. The code is tied exclusively to that partner and tracks sales from their promotion. 💰 2. Sales commission The partner earns 20% commission on every sale through their discount code. Commission is calculated on the order value after the customer discount is applied. 🎁 3. Monthly free stack Every active partner receives one stack of their choice each month from the current Ascend Labs catalog, free of charge. 🔥 4. 50% off for personal / friends & family use After using the monthly free stack, the partner may use a 50% discount for personal purchases or for family and friends. This discount: - does not generate partner commission (no 20% claim), - cannot be combined with the 5% partner code. 🎥 5. Minimum partner requirements To keep active status and the free monthly stack, the partner commits to delivering: - 2 videos per week promoting Ascend Labs products, - 1 unboxing video per month featuring their free stack. Failure to meet requirements may pause the free stack or end participation. 📆 6. Commission payouts Commissions are paid monthly for confirmed, non-canceled orders. Entitlement arises after the customer successfully completes and pays the order. 📣 7. Promotion rules Partners promote Ascend Labs products in line with applicable laws and platform rules. Misleading health claims or presenting products contrary to research-use-only designation is prohibited. 🚫 8. Ending cooperation Ascend Labs may suspend or terminate participation for terms breaches, fraud, or discount-code abuse. 📝 9. Changes to terms Ascend Labs may update these terms at any time. Partners will be informed in advance of material changes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔗 Referral program If you refer someone who becomes an active Ascend Labs partner, you earn 5% lifetime of the commissions that person generates for the company from their own sales. Entitlement starts once the referred person is approved as a partner and lasts for the duration of their active participation.
